Engaging in therapeutic alliances with patients and clients for over 29 years, 15 of those years through Access Wellness Group in Lexington, I specialize in treating children and teens including behavioral management, and Bipolar/Depressive Disorders. I also specialize with anxiety disorders, trauma, and alcoholism/addiction (including the effects of addiction and dysfunction within the family system) applying individual, family, and marital counseling approaches. Treatment approaches include psychodynamic/insight therapy approaches, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma based CBT, and recovery dynamics.
