Change is an intrinsic part of life. It is inevitable, often painful even when it is a change that we desire to make. At other times it is thrust upon us. Much of my focus is about navigating change and understanding the forces that have brought us to the point of change or the need to change. Symptoms of depression and anxiety or addiction, for example, are often signs to tell us that something needs to change in our lives. My practice is science based, non-judgemental, collaborative, and my style quickly puts my clients at ease.
