Sometimes, we all need a good listening to! I have been a clinical social worker for over 30 years, working in community mental health, college counseling, and substance use treatment. I believe that fostering a trusting counseling environment with curiosity, kindness, and compassion are the keystones of effective counseling. Whether you would like to focus on managing depression or anxiety, working through trauma or grief, problems with substances, or improving relationships, you have many of the answers that you need already within you. Our work together will be to build on your strengths, and find new ways to promote healing.
