Choosing to talk to a professional is a big decision. You may have been thinking about it for months or even years. Let me put your mind at ease about what you'll find if you choose to contact me and come for a session. You'll find someone warm and welcoming who will have a conversation with you. I will ask about what's been going on and you can tell me what's been troubling you. I will help you to think about possible explanations and solutions in a way you probably haven't thought of before. My clients have a range of things on their minds, such as loss, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, marital, parenting and career challenges, or people in their lives who are difficult to deal with. Whatever worries you, the road to feeling better starts with a conversation. I look forward to beginning that conversation.
