I feel strongly about everyone finding their good and loving self. Depression and anxiety are the usual culprits that prevent us from feeling this way. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and offer support for depresssion, anxiety and navigating life's transitions. I know about depression and its sidekick anxiety. Sometimes it's beliefs about ourselves created in childhood that hold us back. Sometimes it's day to day lving and working situations. In addition, I offer grief counseling for those experiencing the pain of loss of loved ones or of family pets. Grief and loss are familar to me.
