Many of my clients have come to me seeking safety with a provider who is eager to understand them after not having success with traditional talk-therapy in the past. I want to empower clients to advocate for their needs, confront their fears, and overcome obstacles to achieving their goals. I have worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, seeking support for a variety of concerns including relationship issues, and life transitions, to crisis prevention/intervention, and childhood sexual abuse, emotional neglect, medical trauma, domestic abuse, intergenerational trauma, and disability/race/gender-based violence.
