As a marriage and family therapist I am dedicated to assisting couples and individuals with improving relational dynamics and healing from wounds that may be interfering with their desired connections, including to themselves. I most frequently work with clients in distress, experiencing ADHD and ASD criteria, trauma/PTSD, and high conflict couples. I am passionate about remediating trauma, the importance of intergenerational family patterns, and maintaining a holistic and systemic overview of both personal and family functioning by drawing from Family Systems, IFS, EMDR, DBT, and Somatic Theories and Modalities.
