I work with clients who are ready to actively address and grow from the pain that comes with difficult life transitions. Whether navigating recovery from religious/spiritual crises, working through difficult or non-traditional relationship dynamics or healing from trauma, depression or anxiety, my clients readily learn the peace that comes with embracing it all. My clients make real internal shifts towards authentic self-trusting as they develop insight, radical acceptance, gratitude, and accountability. Through this exploration, they learn to use life’s difficulties as catalysts towards soul growth and psychological maturity. I integrate ACT, mindfulness-based therapies, EMDR, sand play, dream work, spiritual development and transpersonal and relational integration. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration work.
