My name is Paula Southwell! I am a licensed clinical social worker in practice for 24 years. I am also an assistant professor of sociology and psychology. Central to my therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, empathic therapy, insight meditation, the art of mindfulness, client centered, and I am a Reiki practitioner. I specialize in a diverse range of mental health concerns. Focusing on helping clients navigate and overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and grief.
