My areas of interest include individual, couples, and family therapy dealing with challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, personal development, relationships, communication, conflict resolution, and parenting. I offer Christian counseling and recognize the importance of faith in the health and wellness of my clients. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and have completed the Caring for People God's Way program. If desired, I can approach clients' concerns by integrating research-based therapy with a faith-based, biblical perspective.
