I know that life can be difficult to navigate on your own. You don't need to discern everything by yourself. Friends and family may or may not want to help, but their subjective guidance can only extend so far. It is sometimes necessary to reach out to professionals who can provide their professional empathic, objective guidance. I have been successfully providing counseling since 1994, to people like you, who are struggling with some of Life's many challenges. People are finding it is helpful to seek counseling. I provide both couples counseling, and individual counseling for adults. I assist people to move toward their life goals.
