Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing mental health challenges, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care. My goal is to help you feel empowered in your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and developmental delays. I have worked with a number of individuals who have experienced Narcissistic Abuse and am seeking certification in this area as well.
