Life may look fine on the outside, but internally you might feel like you're barely keeping up. Anxiety can fill your days with racing thoughts and constant second-guessing. Depression might leave you exhausted, going through the motions without feeling much at all. And past trauma can quietly shape how safe—or unsafe—you feel in your own life. I’m here to help you make sense of these patterns. I hold an MA in Psychology from Chapman University (1990), and I draw from over three decades of experience supporting clients through moments like these.
