Life doesn't always go as planned - and sometimes the weight we carry from trauma, anxiety, or relationship struggles becomes too heavy to hold alone. I help individuals 18+ and couples heal from emotional wounds, navigate relationship challenges, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting. I'm EMDR certified and specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, and self-worth issues. Whether you're experiencing emotional numbness, high-functioning anxiety, or struggling with the effects of past experiences, I provide a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to help you heal. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as Certified EMDR Therapist. I work extensively with Individuals, Couples, and Trauma Survivors. I offer in-person therapy in Benton, and online therapy for clients anywhere in Arkansas. I'd be honored to support your journey.
