Finding the right support to facilitate this inward journey can be the key to transforming fear and limitation into greater self-awareness, self-compassion, resilience, and inner strength. My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative, based on the belief that each person holds their own answers within themselves, but may need guidance in uncovering this inherent wisdom. One of the primary modalities I use is Internal Family Systems, a gentle and effective process that facilitates internal harmony and the healing of old wounds.
