Life is hard. I get it! With everything the world throws at us these days, it can be overwhelming. Many humans struggle to navigate their mental health, you are not alone. People who belong to a marginalized group can especially feel the weight of today's world. Having taught middle school, I have special insight to things that can affect an adolescents self view and their success in life. Anxiety, depression, peer/family relations, executive functioning can all be hard for young people to handle.
