Life can get very difficult at times and we all need some extra support sometimes. I believe in the importance of meeting the client where they are and creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. I enjoy learning from others and offering active listening and guidance. I have over six years of experience working with substance abuse issues as well as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and self-development. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach in therapy. Therapy involves challenging oneself, learning about oneself, and striving to make positive changes in order for growth to happen!
