Hi I'm Pauline! My approach to the therapeutic process is eclectic as I incorporate a variety of modalities & therapeutic approaches to tailor it to the needs of each client. I incorporate a variety of modalities & therapeutic approaches to tailor it to the needs of each client, often including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Attachment-Based Therapy. In taking a holistic approach to address a client’s concerns, I incorporate mindfulness & somatic based strategies to address the mind, body & soul connection. I make an effort to meet my client where they’re at while also challenging them as needed to further support continued growth.
