I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find healing. With a warm, nonjudgmental approach, I create a safe space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting change. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, where I find peace and inspiration. I believe in the power of connection—whether it's within relationships or with the natural world—and strive to bring that same sense of balance and understanding to my work with clients.
