Peace of Mind MHC, PC provides individual, group, family and couples/marital therapy, in which underlying issues with eating disorders, depression, anxiety and stress management are explored. Psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness therapy are implemented to assist the client in understanding the process and creating change for a healthier life. Treatment is individualized, allowing a collaborative effort by the client and the therapist/treatment team to establish goals, reduce symptomatic behaviors and improve emotional well being, for a more peaceful and fulfilling life. Peace of Mind MHC, PC specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety and depression for over 25 years. Therapists work collaboratively with consulting professionals who also specialize (RD's, physicians, psychiatrists). Peace of Mind offers a holistic approach, integrating individualized treatment and provides referral services as needed.
