My specialty is bereavement. I help clients to cope with the loss of a loved one, physical illness, and anticipatory grief. I also help clients cope with life transitions such as: job loss, relocating, divorce, retirement and relationship issues. My belief is that we all hold the answers to help ourselves, we just need to uncover them. I use a combination of brief therapy, experiential therapy, and emotionally focused therapy to help clients reinvest and reinvent themselves after a traumatic life event such as the death of a loved one.
