Hi, I have provided addiction and behavioral health services to adults, couples, groups, adolescents and their families in Montana for over 30 years. I believe we all can benefit from counseling provided by a supportive, knowledgeable, and experienced therapist. It is hard to ask for help, to be open and willing to change. We take that risk when the life we are living is to painful to stay in it, stuck and lonely. My service is with a practice group consisting of psychologists, APRN, and MDs. If needed, it provides me access to a wide range of professional expertise and ability to refer my clients to additional services. I specialize in substance abuse and recovery struggles, adult children of alcoholics challenges, adjustment and mood disorders, childhood and historical trauma, loss and grief, and family of origin issues. For couples, I focus on historical or past events effects on commitment and intimacy, communication improvement, "fair fighting" and forgiveness.
