My mission is to help you rediscover the wisdom, clarity, and truth already within you. I believe every person has the innate ability to remember, recover, and honor their authentic self — and when that happens, life naturally becomes lighter, more aligned, and filled with abundant joy. Since 2003, I have provided research-based, holistic, and creative counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Through these decades of service, I’ve gained deep insight into the many challenges people experience throughout their lives. More importantly, I have witnessed the extraordinary, intrinsic capacity we have to heal. I specialize in weaving Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and Spiritual Life Coaching, with expressive arts. I am also certified in Hypnotherapy.
