Utilizing a blend of evidence-based solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and family systems interventions, I will work collaboratively with you and possibly other important people in your life to identify your unique goals and develop a treatment plan to address your needs. I work with couples experiencing conflicts, lack of intimacy and sometimes affairs. Another of my passions is supporting women through the challenges of menopause. With an extensive background in education and child/adolescent development, I'm ready to empower you through the many ups and downs of parenting effectively with both love and consistency.
