I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Telluride, Colorado. I provide individual psychotherapy to adult and late adolescent patients. I also provide teletherapy to patients in Colorado and Louisiana. My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that change takes practice and that our early relationships and past experiences influence our current circumstances. I believe that through our work together in therapy, you can learn to better use the resources you have, develop new coping skills, gain insight into patterns of behavior and relationships, and discover an emotional freedom and healing.
