You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. For more than 30 years I’ve helped people heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complicated relationship many of us develop with our bodies and food. My style is warm, collaborative, and steady. We work at a pace that feels safe, while gently creating space for change. I work especially often with college students and young adults who feel overwhelmed, perfectionistic, or unsure about who they are becoming. Together we sort through academic pressure, identity questions, body image struggles, relationship patterns, and the stress of major transitions.
