If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, down, struggling in your relationships or dealing with a difficult transition, I can assist you with coping and feeling better. The thing is, you already have what it takes and I’ll help you uncover it. We will set goals and build upon your strengths. I have experience working with women who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. I've been told by past clients that I'm laid back, not afraid to laugh with them, caring, genuine and helped them feel at ease. I also offer EMDR therapy. I provide therapy for adults and older adults. I've been working in mental health for 10+ years. I love what I do and am honored to work with people brave enough to face their issues. I’ve been trained in multiple therapy modalities and regularly attend continuing education to expand my skills and knowledge base.
