Hi, my name is Perry, and my approach to therapy involves helping clients to: gain new perspectives, relate differently to their identified problems, and discover more in their stories. I encourage my clients to challenge, explore and reimagine the narratives that they have formed or were formed about themselves. I apply several counseling techniques to therapy like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and more. Ultimately, I aim to provide support and practical feedback to my clients as they embark on the path towards self-love, gratitude, belonging, and healing.
