My main focus is listening to understand your perspective. I currently meet with clients for a full 60 minutes weekly, but am flexible if people have different preferences. I'm pretty energetic. I get excited to hear clients' progress and the things that they get curious about and interested in also engage my attention. I love learning about different kinds of therapy, and the process of helping clients find out which perspectives are most useful for them is an important part of my approach.
