I offer a compassionate space to work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, grief, trauma, and relationship issues, to transition through stages of life, or to make meaning out of tough things you have been through along the way. Services are available to anyone in Colorado. And, as a longtime climber and backcountry splitboarder, I also offer empathetic support for the unique needs of the mountain sports and SAR communities.
