I am a Licensed Mental Health and Addictions Therapist with 21 years experience. I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy and work primarily with adolescents and adults. I have worked with many different populations, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, family issues, anger, addictions, parenting, legal issues, and other mental health issues. I hope to meet you where you are at in life and assist you in reaching your goals.
