I'm a born and raised New Yorker with 13 years of experience in the profession of psychotherapy. In that time, I have worked with children, teens, adults and the senior population. I specialize in CBT, supportive therapy, psychodynamic therapy, DBT, behavior modification and parental coaching. I have worked in numerous settings including schools, clinics and client's homes. I have experience working with a myriad of diagnosis as well as those without a formal diagnosis, hoping to gain clarity around their behaviors and mental health.
