I have a few immediate openings for new clients. I believe that across our life we develop many strengths, relational patterns, and skills that help us manage and navigate difficult situations and relationships. However, while these skills or patterns may have been helpful in the past, they may not be effective when we are confronted with new, unexpected challenges. I hold that therapy is a safe space where we can explore our past experiences, make sense of who we are and the ways we relate, understand our struggles, and find new solutions that lead to healing and clarity. I also have specialized training in couples therapy.
