We all are shaped by the families we grew up in, events we experienced, the relationships in our lives and our cultural context. It impacts how we view ourselves and the world around us. It determines how we respond to people and situations. There are times in life, when we feel overwhelmed and stuck in old patterns. If you struggle with anxieties, depression, life challenges, and transitions, therapy can open new doors. I view therapy as a collaboration - walking together for a stretch to resolve issues or conflicts. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My work is based on systemic approaches and draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, TF-CBT, and EMDR and is trauma informed, strength based, and cultural/belief systems sensitive.
