Life can sometimes feel difficult and overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Allow me to support you in finding ways to feel safe, understood, and able to move forward. I believe that our emotions, especially the uncomfortable ones, provide us with important information about our needs and where we should be headed. My aim is to empower my clients to trust their inner wisdom, rebuild their sense of self, and feel more connected to those around them. In sessions, we’ll spend time talking about everyday stressors, but we’ll also look to identify patterns and dynamics that have ongoing influence in your life.
