If you're carrying trauma, stuck in survival mode, or feeling unseen, this space is for you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity stress, and complex life experiences, especially those who have not felt understood in therapy before. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself. You do not need to have it all figured out. Just be willing to show up. We will build clarity, tools, and healing together.
