I’m Philicia Ross, LCSW-C and founder of Village of Sound Mind, a practice that welcomes all but intentionally centers Black women and Women of Color. My ideal clients often appear accomplished yet carry the weight of childhood, sexual, or racialized trauma that leaves them feeling unseen, disconnected, or tired of always being strong. They want spaces where they can process openly, communicate more honestly, and live authentically. With 10+ years in mental health, I support them in moving toward lives that feel freer, aligned, and true to who they are.
