I specialize in working with clients who have ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD. I collaborate in developing goals of treatment and help clients identify, understand and address both current struggles and the childhood roots of these struggles. This approach is especially helpful to clients who had difficult, invalidating or traumatic childhoods. I help clients: to be compassionate with themselves, to honor yet process difficult emotions, and to change behaviors. I work best with clients: who want self understanding, who appreciate a thoughtful, safe space, and, who are willing to do the work to make these changes happen.
