I am passionate about client advocacy, trauma informed care, and the removal of stigmatization from mental health care. I want all my clients to find their gratitude, connections, and be able to enjoy the healthy things they love each day. I am informal when we are in session, I will encourage you to tell me your needs and what you want out of therapy. I also encourage you comfortable while in treatment. I often have things like clay, painting, embroidery, games, etc. that we can interact with while we talk.
