My name is Phillip Yao, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is one of learning the most I can about a person in order to better fit treatment to the individual. I believe that no matter how similar symptoms may be, each person can respond very differently and thus goals and plans should be catered to the individual's needs. I am most experienced working with children, teenagers, and adolescents to young adults ranging from ages 5-21+. I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Childhood behaviors, ADHD, communication issues, etc.
