What inspires me to work in the field of mental health is the deep desire to help people navigate through some of the toughest moments of their lives. There’s something profoundly rewarding about being able to offer support and guidance when someone feels stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed and help them find their inner strength to move forward. Knowing I can play even a small part in someone’s journey to emotional well-being and personal growth is what keeps me dedicated to this field. My style is one of collaboration and working together to find solutions that work for you. I always come into each session with the intent to learn and gather as much information as I can to ensure that I understand the root of the problem. I will always show empathy, validate your feelings and make sure that I understood what you said.
