Welcome! I understand the vital role of creating an empathetic and supportive environment for clients, and I’ve been privileged to witness the transformative power of therapy firsthand. While finding the right therapist can be daunting and exhausting, I'm hoping my office can be a safe place for you to land while we navigate the obstacles in front of you. Together we can identify core issues, build trust, and begin to pursue healing. I primarily use a Person-Centered approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. This integrative approach lets me meet the unique needs of each client. While specializing in adolescents and teenagers, I see all ages 3 into adulthood.
