My ideal client is a child with ADHD or autism who is simply trying to make sense of the world around them. They may struggle with big emotions, frustration, or behaviors that feel hard to manage, and they often need extra support in learning how to regulate and cope. Their goal is not to “fix” who they are, but to build tools that help them feel calmer, more in control, and more confident in daily life. They want to be understood, accepted, and supported as they learn strategies to handle challenges, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the unique strengths that make them who they are.
