Perhaps you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you: emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of where to go next. Life can feel especially overwhelming when you’re navigating changes, holding onto old pain, or questioning your place in the world. Maybe your self-esteem has taken a hit, or you’ve spent years putting others first and no longer know how to check in with yourself. Whatever brought you here, therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and come back to yourself. You can show up exactly as you are. I draw from DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based tools to support meaningful change. I also hold space for the ways identity, culture, and lived experience can shape how we move through the world.
