As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I work from a systems lens, focusing on behaviors and patterns, and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles to help my clients become free from excess stress, anxiety and behaviors that hold them back from living their best lives. While I've worked with all age groups and across various symptoms - my current clients are adults 18-65 dealing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-improvement. The clients I work are those that feel stuck in their current situation - work, life, relationship - and are looking to (re)discover who they are/what they want or simply looking for ways to slow down to (re)charge themselves and (re)define what's most important to them.
