Hello, my name is Pilar Gutierrez founder of Nova Counseling Services. I work with individuals that are seeking help healing trauma, in particular childhood trauma. I use Jungian Typology framework approach that integrates inner child work, which connects you with the vulnerable, authentic parts of yourself formed in childhood which helps uncover and integrate repressed emotions, unmet needs, and disowned aspects of the self. By exploring both the light and dark aspects of the psyche within the context of one's Jungian type, you can move toward deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and psychological wholeness.
