Big confusing emotions, racing thoughts, and major life changes have the power to distract us at school or work, spark conflict with family and friends, and make everyday tasks seem daunting, but this does not have to be your reality. Seeking counseling is the first of many brave steps towards healing and growth! I’m an AMFT at the Youth Service Bureau of the YMCA, and I work with families, children, teens, and young adults who are navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, or experiencing anxiety and depression. If you or your child or teen is struggling, my hope is that you know you are not alone!
