Sabrina Lovell-Spear is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, child, adolescent, adult therapy and substance abuse. Sabrina takes a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each person. Sabrina holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and has completed course work in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
