My practice is dynamic, warm, and full of presence. I use a trauma transformational approach. Together we practice somatics, bringing attention to the wisdom of the body. I specialize in serving LGBTQIA2S+ youth and young adults, ages 10-25, as well as in older adults. Through group and 1:1 work, I help foster an understanding and feeling of belonging, safety and possibility.
