We help both adults and adolescents who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction issues, family issues or just feeling overwhelmed with life and the stress it creates. We love working with clients who are trying to feel better and learn how to actively create the emotions they would rather be feeling. Learning how to acknowledge and listen to our emotions, to respond intentionally, and to take action on the very important information our emotions give us is an important key to finding lasting well-being. We use number of approaches that I focus on concepts of emotional regulation, creating an awesome and satisfying life, increasing effectiveness in communication and in relationships.
